Kelly Macauley Frost, Au.D., CCC-A

Dr. Kelly Frost was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an undergraduate degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. She completed her Master’s Degree in Audiology in 1983 at the 1st ranked audiology program at the University of Iowa under the guidance of two prestigious hearing aid researchers & clinicians, Dr. David Hawkins and Dr. Ruth Bentler. Afterward, she practiced clinical audiology at Washington University – St. Louis in the Department of Otolaryngology under the renowned audiologists, Dr. Margo Skinner and Dr. Michael Valente. Prior to moving to New Mexico she was a clinical supervisor and lecturer at Northwestern University in Chicago for five years. Dr. Frost earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2005 through the Arizona School for Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona. Dr. Kelly Frost has practiced audiology and hearing instrument dispensing in Alamogordo since 1993.
Timothy W. Frost, MD, FACS

Dr. Frost was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Duke University with an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry. He completed medical school in 1985 at Washington University in St. Louis where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha academic honor society. Upon completion of a six-year residency at the University of Illinois – Chicago Eye and Ear Infirmary, he completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with J. Reagan Thomas, MD, past president of the American Academy of Otolaryngology. He is board certified in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery as well as in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Frost has been in Alamogordo since 1993.
Michele Cannon, Au.D., CCC-A
Board Certified Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Michele Cannon graduated with honors from the University of Illinois with an undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Science. She then completed her doctorate in Audiology at the University of Iowa. She has been practicing at Advanced Hearing Care since 2008.
Dr. Cannon has been instrumental increating a strong positive relationship with the program for hearing-impaired children in the Alamogordo Public Schools. She has implemented an educational curriculum for the local elementary schools to educate children on the dangers of noise induced hearing loss. She also has been involved inhaving telecoil loops installed in local churches and performing arts centers. She has presented at several local seminars on topics including the auditory system, aural rehabilitation, noise induced hearing loss and advances in hearing aid technology. She currently mentors graduate students who are completing their externship for their doctoral degrees.
Dr. Cannon lives in Alamogordo with her husband Nathan and their five dogs.
Melissa Kreze, Au.D., CCC-A
Board Certified Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Melissa Kreze, Au.D., is originally from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Hearing Sciences from Brock University. She completed her Doctor of Audiology degree at the University of Buffalo in New York.
Dr. Kreze had the honor of serving on the Board of Directors for the New York State- Speech-Language-Hearing Association and volunteering as secretary for the Student Academy of Audiology in Buffalo. She is currently a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association as well as a Fellow in the American Academy of Audiology. Her areas of interest include tinnitus evaluation and treatment, hearing aid technology, and diagnostic audiology.
Sam Peterson, AuD-C

Sam was born and raised in Southern Idaho and received his undergraduate degree in Zoology, and he will receive his clinical doctorate in Audiology from Idaho State University in May, 2012. Sam is currently a student member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and was the past secretary for the Idaho State University chapter of the Student Academy of Audiology.
Sam has interest in many different areas of Audiology including: balance assessment, auditory evoked potentials, hearing aid technology, and diagnostic assessment. Sam has enjoyed getting to know New Mexico. He loves spending time with his wife and two children, watching football, and competing in triathlons.
Brandon Rawlings, AuD-C

Brandon Rawlings graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT with a B.S in Communication Disorders and a minor in Business Communications. Brandon is currently attending Missouri State University in Springfield, MO and will receive his doctorate in Audiology in May 2012. Brandon's interests include audiological diagnostics, cerumen removal, amplification, and in working with local physicians to improve the healthcare in this community.
In his free time Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 kids, and his dog. He also enjoys sports and singing, and is very involved in his church. Brandon is very excited to be here in Alamogordo to help and get to know the people in this community.
