Most professional and friendly office I have ever been in! I talked with others for a year – you took 1 day! It was so perfect! I can’t imagine my hearing aid not being perfect and I just wish I had known of this company years ago.
If your hearing isn’t what it used to be, I would like to recommend Dr. Kelly Frost. Having been to three previous audiologists that could not help me, I am so thankful I found her. I inherited a very sensitive nerve in my ear and with my hearing aid in, it made the slightest sharp noise unbearable, but low voices I couldn’t hear at all. Water running in the sink sounded like a waterfall, setting a glass on the counter caused a high pitched piercing sound that went all through me. Dr Frost told me she couldn’t help me overnight, but that she would do all she could, and she has. She is compassionate, patient, concerned, and she truly cares about her patients. She worked to find a setting for me that eliminated the shrillness in my ears and has allowed me to function again. In addition to that, her office is welcoming and her stuff always makes me feel at home. I will forever be indebted to Kelly (Dr. Frost), we are on a first name basis.

And when you ask someone to repeat what they say, this request can annoy. I obtained my AGX hearing aids from Advanced Hearing Care over a year ago and I wear them all day every day. I would not be without them. They are very comfortable, which I think is important. Also they are easy to take care of, and although I have short hair are hardly noticeable. Most people are not aware that I am wearing hearing aids unless I tell them. I especially have more confidence now during phone conversations and enjoy the improved clarity when listening to a show on TV. Being able to distinguish one word from another really helps. “For many years I was unable to accept I was having hearing problems until I realized the negative impact it was having on me at home and at work. Years ago, while attending various work conferences and staff meetings with the telephone company, it was clear that I could learn more reading the minutes of the meeting than I could by attending the meeting. When I retired in 1990 and started my own business, I soon realized my hearing problem was starting to affect customer relationships. I always had to have them repeat what they were saying, not just once, but several times and they would become frustrated with me.
