Janet Zapata is originally from Colorado. She graduated from the Institute of Business and Medical Careers in Fort Collins with a Medical Administrative Assistant Certification. Before moving to Las Cruces in 2017, Janet worked as a medical assistant for the same medical provider for 20 consecutive years. Her longevity at her previous position reflects both the passion she has for patient care and her cumulative professional experience. Janet’s “going above and beyond” positive attitude has forged long-lasting patient relationships throughout the years, and she happily anticipates building such relationships with Expert Hearing Care patients. Janet enjoys spending quality time with her husband and “visiting” her five grandchildren on Facetime each day.
